• We have used the services of Patricia Player Maxwell for the last two years. She has performed incredible work as the Case Manager for my mother [who is] 82 years old. My mother has required occasional intensive help and full time high level services for most of this period.
• Patricia has set up a schedule for aides that covers 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. She replaced the service I had been using with a much more competent and professional group at a significantly lower cost. She has supplemented this service with appropriate experts in geriatric, physical therapy, dental and any related medical issue as required. The team she has assembled is fabulous.
• On the administrative side Patricia has been indispensable. She has helped me find a better insurance plan for my mother, found a better pharmacy for [my mother’s] medication, replaced her wheelchair, and managed efficiently and professionally the interface with the myriad of service providers (importantly the doctors themselves) that work with my mother. As well she has great legal help for that side as needed with getting the proper documents in place.
• Next, in the more urgent periods, Patricia is always on top of things, and will do whatever is possible to make sure planned or unplanned trips to the hospital are expertly managed. Several times she has spent most of the night accompanying my mother to or in a hospital making sure she is comfortable, safe and handled well at the hospital.
• Last and perhaps most important Patricia has the highest integrity. She is the ultimate advocate for her client(in this case my mother). She is always looking for ways to provide better care in the most cost effective way. Simply put she is incredible. She is totally competent and professional. She really is a game changer for her clients. I fully recommend Patricia to any potential client who needs top flight case management. She is indispensable....
